Pop Spedster's DAI Theory

Pop Spedster and Company recognize the need for adaptive materials that are individualized to meet the appropriate developmental needs of people who learn best in adaptive life skill settings. Our mission is to provide information about and instructional materials for community-based settings that include adaptive supports and accommodations for individuals with intellectual impairments resulting from developmental and acquired disabilities. The majority of the materials you will find at Pop Spedster's are designed for people with disabilities that profoundly affect an individual's ability to participate in and to benefit from common life experiences.


Pop Spedster's Materials

 

We provide actual instructional materials that can be adapted for use in many cases where an individual's access to the common educational curriculum has been profoundly impaired by a diagnosed developmental or acquired disability.

We provide instructional support for special education teachers who are licensed to practice the behavioral science commonly called "Special Education".

We provide supports for family and caregivers of individuals who have been diagnosed with a profound developmental or acquired disability.

We serve as a clearinghouse for the collaborative community of families and professionals who provide related services to individuals who have been diagnosed with profound developmental or acquired disabilities.

All materials on this site a covered by our claim to copyright, but when these materials are used appropriately by special educators, related service providers, care-givers and families of people with developmental disabilities, we give permission for such use.
